Moné Gallery operates as a representative online art marketplace and does not claim ownership of any artwork or artist-created content. Select artworks are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, and other international copyright registries.

PERMITTED VIEWING

Content on this website is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only. We encourage the sharing of direct links to our artwork pages, provided that no images or content are copied, reproduced, altered, or redistributed. AI & MACHINE LEARNING PROHIBITIONS

We strictly prohibit the use of any images, metadata, or written content on this site for the purposes of machine learning, generative AI training, or any form of algorithmic style-replication. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The ingestion of images into AI datasets.
• The use of the Artist’s name, titles, or descriptions as "prompts" for generative AI.
• Any automated scraping, data mining, or bulk downloading of site content.

Purchase of Artwork

The purchase of an artwork through Moné Gallery does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights. All copyrights remain with the artist or rights-holding entity unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Collectors may display purchased artworks in private residential or office settings. Collectors may not reproduce, photograph, scan, print, distribute, publicly display for commercial purposes, or create derivative works from purchased artworks without the copyright holder's prior written consent.
